Kardashian shows off post-baby bikini body in Shape

Kourtney Kardashian welcomed her son Mason less than two years ago, but you would have no idea she was ever pregnant just by looking at her body.

Her secret? Hard work, of course!

"I'm proof that even after having a baby, you can look better and sexier than ever!" she told Shape magazine for its June issue.

"My family has always been into exercise," Kardashian explained, noting that she and sister Kim used to take Tae Bo classes together.

She even continued working out as a mom-to-be, only stopping at seven months in because "carrying an extra 40 pounds started to bother" her knees.

But now fitting in a workout, usually early in the morning, is a priority.

"I always say, 'Know when's the right time for your workout and commit to doing it," she advised.

Kardashian relies on cardio, like running, and hopes to start focusing on weight training to tone certain body parts, like her arms.

The reality star even finds motivation in 17-month-old Mason, whom she said was her biggest accomplishment.

"I use only organic foods for him, and it made me think about what I put into my body too," she explained. "I couldn't sit around eating cookies and expect him to eat vegetables."

And motherhood is exactly the reason Kardashian feels comfortable baring her body on the cover of Shape.

"Before I wouldn't just run around in a bikini without anything [on]," she said. "And now I feel like life isn't just about me anymore; it's about Mason."

"I do feel more comfortable and maybe it's because I have just grown as a person," she added.
